1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data I collect and why
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no newsletter. I only process personal data when you contact me directly:
- E-mail or phone: your name, e-mail address or phone number and the content of your message, to reply to your enquiry and arrange a photo session (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- WhatsApp: when you click the WhatsApp link, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp, operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). Their privacy policy applies to data processed by the app. I use the messages only to reply to you.
3. Technical data
When you visit the website, the hosting server automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of visit) in server logs. This is necessary for security and the proper functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify visitors.
4. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set technical cookies only for logged-in administrators.
5. External links
The website links to Instagram and WhatsApp. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of Meta apply.
6. How long I keep your data
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law or to establish and defend legal claims.
7. Who receives your data
Your data may be processed by my hosting and e-mail providers, only to the extent necessary to run the website and mailbox. I do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, contact me at [your e-mail]. Images on this website are protected by copyright. People appearing in portrait and fashion photographs have given their consent to publication. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, please contact me.
